I’ve been punting on Tenobet for March, so I figure I have a fair bit of history to give an honest take. Stumbled on it via someone on another board who was chasing a site with decent slot coverage that didn’t have all the affordability nonsense you get now on the UKGC sites. Worth saying up front: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it isn’t on the GamStop scheme, which cuts both ways.
Lobby’s pretty huge — roughly 3,500+ titles by my count, with the providers that matter are all there: Pragmatic, Net Ent, Play n GO, BTG, Betsoft, Microgaming’s back catalogue. I mostly grind Gates of Olympus and Gates of Olympus, both behave properly in browser. Live dealer’s Evolution, which means what you’re getting — real croupiers, the game shows like Crazy Time if that’s your thing. Sports betting’s bolted on as well, which I’ve used a handful of times on footy, nothing special.
Bonus-wise is 100% up to ?125 with 100 free spins, and you need the promo code JOIN002 — I nearly forgot it the first time. Do read the terms first, the requirement is not the loosest either. No no-deposit freebie as far as I can tell. If you want to see the live offers, you’ll find them at tenobet casino rather than taking my word for it. Min deposit’s ?10, standard stuff, the form took under five minutes.
Cashouts have been the stronger part in my experience. Cards go through, Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. My Skrill cashouts have landed in under 24 hours; card payouts took closer to three days. The one thing that annoyed me was the verification — took about two days to verify me, and my first withdrawal sat waiting until that cleared. Not a scam, but slower than I’d like.
Couple of niggles: no native app, so it’s the mobile site. It’s responsive enough on my iPhone but I do miss having one. The login can be fiddly at peak times. Live chat at Tenobet is fine — maybe five minutes to get a human, but the opening messages read like templates. Ask a specific question and someone competent turns up.
